Position Overview & Responsibilities

Duties and Accountabilities:
  • Set-up kitchen prep with attention on stocks, soups, sauces & portioning according to specs, par levels and time goals.
  • Supervise food prep according to sanitary guide lines set forth by health department.
  • Labor, Ordering & Inventory responsibility.
  • Daily Financial & Financial statement competency & responsibility.
  • Expedite & supervise execution of all menu items during service.
  • Prepare special orders and nightly specials.
  • Supervise & maintain equipment and facility.
  • Supervise & maintain safe, clean and sanitary workplace.
  • Media events & public appearances

Position Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 3 years AKM experience.
  • 3 years line cooking experience in similar environment.
  • Satisfies all qualifications for line and AKM.
  • Competently performs the tasks of all kitchen stations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, culinary & productivity skills
