Position Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall operation of the hotel including hiring training, budgeting, sales, guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, owner satisfaction, revenue management, and results reporting
Provide leadership and direction to departments to obtain financial goals
Actively participate in the Sales & Marketing efforts to drive results and accountability
Ensure all associates are properly trained
Promote an atmosphere of Teamwork
Ensure property is in accordance of all brand standards and legal compliance
Drive the hotel culture to e in line with corporate and brand standards

Position Requirements
3+ years of GM experience in a full service hotel
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding budgets and timelines
Exceptional leadership and communication
Lead by example and promote a culture of teamwork
A passion for the customer experience
A proven track record for developing team members
A Degree in hotel/hospitality management or equivalent experience
