Position Overview & Responsibilities

• Assisting the General Manager as needed for operations and personal growth
• $1-2 Million in sales per year
• Sales Building
• Train, coach, and motivate hourly workers
• Performance feedback and corrective action

Position Requirements

• 2 to 3 year's experience as an Assistant Manager in a fast food, fast casual, or quick serve restaurant, preferably with a drive-thru window.
• No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9years, unless you relocated, a location closed/was sold.
• Must agree to a background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
