Position Overview & Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily operations of this high-volume, from scratch restaurant. This is a hands-on position.
• Coach and develop staff to ensure the highest level of guest service is delivered.
• Assist the Restaurant General Manager as needed.
• Ensure the highest level of guest service is delivered.
• Foster a team environment.

Position Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of Restaurant  General Management experience. Fine Dining or Upscale dining is highly preferred. Will consider other full-service concepts.
• Qualified candidates will have a passion for guest service.
• Proven track record of leading a team.
• No more than 3 jobs in five years.
• Hands-on manager. No ego.
• Positive, upbeat, go-getter personality.
